Mr. Muscles got his cast off and got back on the mat. Metal Head started his last semester of high school EVER. I got back on the fitness train, or should I say boarded the train, I'm still not quite back up to speed but am working toward eating no bread again, and drinking 65ozs of water a day. I'm doing 2-3 WODs a week and working toward 2 3+ mile runs and one yoga experience a week. Yes! That means I'm still actively working on all my New Year goals (not just the fitness ones either).
I helped with planning for the "Ladies of the 50s" Party, the biggest CASA/ATEEM fundraiser of the year, and, with the help of my fabulous Ms. Racer Chick, gathered donations for the silent auction baskets and balloon pop. It is going to be a super fun night!
