Weight loss goal: drop at least 50 pounds (start weight 275)
Strength: gain back strength and muscle
Nutrition goals: Eat good food with a Paleo slant – reduce alcohol intake
Other goals: Get back in the gym regularly (3-5x/wk)

Weight: 240 - No but did lose 4 pounds this month though.
Workouts: 20 plus YES!
Nutrition: Keep on keeping on!

Nutrition: Better eating to bust this plateau!
4) Tell me something awesome about one of your favorite instructors (and what their name is): Mike Toigo is doing an EXCELLENT job at motivating me right now! We are coming up with new lines of thinking nutrition wise, as I'm at a bit of a plateau weight wise! Mike makes the "Nooner" classes fresh and exciting every day!
