Yes, I did Did you eat healthier snacks? Oh yes, week 3 of counting macros 3) February goals - What is your: Weight loss goal? I want to get to 180 Work out goal? 3x/wk Nutrition goal? Continue counting macros. I have not gone out to eat in 3 weeks! Let’s see if I can go February doing the sameJ 4) Bonus question: What is the best piece of advice you received from a trainer or instructor this month? Try your best, you will get to your goals as long as you work hard to get to them.
